Tokens roll over to the next month (up to your plan's cap). Free-tier tokens never expire but don't refill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. You keep your tokens until the end of the billing period.
What counts as 1 token?
Each analysis, interview prep, negotiation research, and negotiation chat message costs 1 token.
Why can't I buy top-ups on the Free plan?
Top-up packs are a subscriber perk. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+ to unlock on-demand token packs whenever you need them.
Do you offer enterprise or cohort pricing?
